    Over UAE airspace we had a call from the cabin crew that one passenger facing Severe Respiratory-Related medical issue so we ask the passengers if there is a doctor onboard but no response from the passenger so as the procedure we diverted to the nearest airport which is OMDB declaring emergncy medical to deal with the emergency situation: This is from PACX application\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
