    Thank you Sayed. I am having a new joystick controller that is acting up crazy at times. I get great landing rates sometimes and such pathetic ones the immediate next flight. I will correct it and will not submit a PIREP if such thing happens in future. And you were being too kind by accepting it for me! Appreciate that gesture.
