Thank you, I have no record to prove that it was about to descend. I assumed the records are kept in the SmartCARs

Yes smartacars records the decent and approach apart but when you decent it will only detect it after you pass 2000 ft below your cruise alt and app is when ur near to the airport. Is this flight really near to decent then i can give u a excemption this time and accept this flight.
